Bottled. a golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with light notes of banana and caramel. The flavor is sweet with light notes of banana and cloves, leading to a dry wheaty finish where the banana note lingers.

500ml bottle. A slight cressy but all in all great aroma. A beautiful appearence with a two finger head. Rich and fruty taste and a nice palette. A very good and drinkable weissbier.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy, dark orange colour. Banana aroma, fairly sweet. Not the best, but there’s much worse.

EithCubes (3336) - GERMANY - SEP 15, 2011
Beautiful swing-top bottle, best by 4/(20)12. Nose is heavily estered, banana in with lighter clove and a nice dose of yeasty spice. Hazy golden pour with orange hues and a large, rocky beige head. Taste features phenolic sweetness and an aftertaste approaching that of sourdough bread. Crunchy, crisp light-medium body, a little aggressive in places. Heavy yeast with some light wheat and pushing rubber. Decent, and for the rough edges a bit of a thrill in the wilderness.

Test vom 1.6.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,7,6,6,7,7 - 6,90

ElDesmadre (468) - Mikołów, POLAND - JUL 12, 2011
Bottle. Darkish hazy golden, frothy but not too durable head. Aroma is wheat, citrus, fruit, some elderflower and vinous elements, cloves and banana. Very interesting. Taste is more clove than banana, wheat, citrus. Slightly dry finish, even less astringent. Apart from this very gentle astringency this is a great wheatbeer.

Koelschtrinker (7034) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUL 6, 2011
Hefig-spritziger Antrunk, leicht herb, sehr angenehm. Test vom 6.5.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,12,11,11,10,12 - 11,50

Bottle 50cl, a cloudy yellow-orange beer with good head. Nose is on banana and malt. Aroma is nice very fruity with a good creamy body on cereal and wheat, some light dunkel weizen aroma on the toasted side, very pleasant, one of the best hefeweizen I had.
