Swing-top by 10.12. Heller Bock malts, honey with light grass, but everything pretty plain. Golden with a sudsy off-white head. Lightly sweet honey twisting the mouth (as is usual), light white grapes but the profile is a little sickening with volume. Medium-full body a little too hot and a tad oily. Dulled but very drinkable.

From a 500 ml bottle. Golden with a medium rather unstable head. The smell is like "summer". Fresh grass, flowers and sweet. Also at first quite sweet taste, medium bitterness, flowers, a bit of fruits. In the aftertaste a bit like paper/wood. Full body, medium carbonization, long lasting taste.

16.9ob bottle in a dimpled mug - pours cloudy/dark honey with light off-white head. Nose is roasted caramel malts. Aroma adds yeast and hops. Taste is very sweet and ends bitterly. light to medium body. Pine/chestnut concoction with sticky feel and leaves a medicine aftertaste. I’m grinning out of wonder and a slight hint of fear.

Flip top bottle. Dark golden color. Aroma is fruity and slightly sweet. Taste is just slight raisin, rather compex but very tasty. I like it.

Bottle 50cl, A clear yellow beer with low head. Nose is sweet and grainy like. Aroma is malty and grassy, sweet with typical malt sugar notes. Less hopy and floral as expected, easy drinkable but not exceptional at all.

Die Schaumkrone hält eher nicht so gut, farblich ist es gold-gelb. Im Geschmack hopfig süß und etwas Alkoholisch was aber gut passt! Geniale Süffigkeit, so einen Süffigen Bock hatte ich noch nicht! Der Nachgeschmack ähnelt dem Geschmack im Mund. Fazit: Guter, süffiger Maibock!

Riecht etwas grasig. Ein würziger Geschmack, der die 7,5% kaum erahnen lässt, begegnet einem hier. Der Abgang ist etwas säuerlich. Das Bier schmeckt wie ein Durchschnittsbier dieser Sorte, man kann es gut trinken, man kann es auch ebensogut lassen. Da könnte mehr gehen!
