Thick beige head, kind of yucky medicine aroma of burnt candy, very sweet initial flavor with alot of alchol. Aftertaste of bread, metal and molassas that didn’t linger. Possibly too strong?

Bottled - Clear golden colour with thin white head. Malt dominated, sweet, honey nose with some noble herbal hop aromas. Taste is bready, sweet with some alcohol warmth. Some hop bitterness in the finish. Medium body, average carbonation. A smooth, refreshing classic spring bock.

Flasche („Maibock hell“, 50 cl) von einer Getränke-Hoffmann-Filiale, Berlin. - Orangegelb, klar.

Pours pale clear golden with a fine white head. Some lacing. Malt dominated aroma. Also a bit floral and herbal. Medium + body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation. Malty dominated flavor with some herbal notes. Some alcohol popping up also. Not very fancy stuff, but nothing wrong with it.

Bon corps. Mais rien d’expectionnel pour une bock

Cheap beer yellow color. Almost no white head. The aroma is sweet, lightly alcoholic, it reminds me of others german doppelbocks that I drunk in the past. Rich co2 but pretty watery. So sweet, both taste and palate. I love blonde beers with >6% alcohol, but I was expecting st better.
