[Bottle from svoger.] Nice dunkel over average with fullbodied notes compared to other mainstream dunkels. A little bit more alcohol and complexity, it would have been great!

Bottle. Moderate malty. Large off-white creamy head, mostly diminishing; dark red-brown body. Moderate bitter flavour, average duration. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Good dark beer, better than the Urig Würzig from the same brewery!

trokini (1025) - San Diego, California, USA - DEC 21, 2007
Pours dark mahogany with a light brown, bubbly head. Roasty, malty aroma with some molasses and bread. Watery mouthfeel really detracts from this one. Toffee, caramel ice-cream topping, and a metallic bite round out the taste. Tart finish. Disappointing.

Bottle. Pours a Clear dark red-brown colour. Bitter mildly roasted aroma with hops. Sweet and mildly roasted bready flavour with caramel, hops and bits of spice. Quite sweet finish with a good bitterness. Too sweet for me but still a good Dunkel (bock).

Deep amber with a decent white head. Malt, a touch of hops, toffee, and spice. Medium body with a watery texture. Buttered biscuit in the flavor but still unappealing.

Adenila (1557) - DENMARK - DEC 10, 2007
Clear nubrown color with a fine though fast disappearing light brown head. Powerfull aroma of roasted nuts and loads of dusty hobs giving it a metallic scent in a nice way. Mouthfull is very bitter, again with a metallic tough, some toasted bread and suprisingly present alchohol. Lingering bitterness.
