Bottle. Clear medium red brown color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, bread. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (301107)

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2004 An amber beer with a very nice head. The aroma is very pleasent with notes of fruit and malt. The flavor though is a little flat but with a good/nice sweetness and ending in a slight bitterness. It’s a fine beer, but a little too "light" for my taste.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours clear and golden deep brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is mild roasted breadish. Mild roasted, vague metallic and breadish dry to slight acidic flavoured. Bitter and dry finish.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very pretty, clear light brown beer with a small, dense, creamy head. Lovely malty body with a discreet sweetness and some vaguely burned notes. Limited bitterness. A nice winterwarmer. 180401

Bottle @ Odense Tasting Januar, 2012. Pours clear amber with a small creamy head an lacings. Grain, caramel and buiscuit. Medium bodied. A bit sweet. Decent.

Bottle. Acidic/sour aroma. Dark brown colour, stable head. Roasted flavour, slightly malty. Unpleasant, rough bitterness.

Probably what I had, given it was a dunkel and the month of February. Medium brown. Has a mild, malty, slightly chocolatey aroma. Lightly nutty character. Authentic but not the most complex dunkel.

Bottled. Clear reddish-brown with a large beige head. Malty and nutty aroma. Flavor is a bit disappointing, just some light, sweet maltiness, with a hint of roastiness. Nice body and sweet, malty and hoppy finish. (051231)

Clear deep golden wit a large off white head. Aroma was somewhat sweet and had roasted malt and hints of caramel notes. Flavour was sweet with caramel, roasted malt, grassy hops and toffee notes. Finished light bitter from the grassy hops.
