From tap at the brewpub. Pours golden and cloudy yellow with a dense and creamy, slight off-white head. Mild citrus to orange fruity aroma, mild apple note too. Mild cornish ad slight fruity flavour. Once again a mild apple/orange/citrus fruity accent. Bitter and fruity lingering finish.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy golden, creamy medium white head. Hayish malt aroma, a bit weak, with earthy and strong wooden notes, and faint grassy hops. Light in body, soft but lively carbonation.

Comments: A purer german pils than most others in Berlin with its more intense bitterness and leaner maltiness. Dry and pleasant, fresh, spicy and bready example.
