brewed for the 10 years anniversary of the brewpub, draught - very dark brown colour with a little persistent beige foam leaving a nice lacing, the aroma is mineral with notes of roasted chocolate, fair hop presence, solid astringency, medium-bodied, slightly oily, moderately dry finish of prunes, roasted malts and more hoppy tones, fairly bitter - a little bit raw
