Nov 1, 2006 on tap-pours a light tan head and amber/brown color with effervescence. Aroma is medium malt, hops. Taste is balanced medium malt-caramel, hops. OK carbonation.

Jul 4, 2006 Fragrant floral nose, followed by fresh bread and just a hint of spice. Some nice fruitiness upfront, with a caramel malt base and grassy herbal hoppiness. Well balanced.

Sep 16, 2004 Medium amber; caramel-colored. Decent head, nice lace. Nice malts, with flavors of toasted bread, light grains, and a little roast. Sweet, but tame, base of caramel and toffee. Balancing hops (flowers, grass) with a complementing level of bitterness. Hint of sourness as well. Pretty drinkable with some nice things going on.
