COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Altitude’s beer drinkers can’t get enough of our IPA’s,! Nathan plans to keep an IPA on tap as often as possible. Watch for the re-release of Grizzly Whisperer in late February. Tasting notes: An amber colored ale with medium caramel and toasted malt flavor. This IPA is very bitter and full of citrus and resinous hop flavors and aromas.

GABF 2009. Pours sparkling orange with a large, creamy off-white head, mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (caramel, straw, grain), average hop (herbs), heavy yeast (sweat, earth) with notes of pear, peach, pineapple, and honey. Full bodied, creamy texture, lively carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, heavy acidity and bitterness.

Draft pint at the brewery. Filtered honey amber colored body with a thin film of an off-white head. Nose is honey hop cones, syrupy, wet, slight green celery flavor but for the most part well made, full of juicy lime and pine flavored fresh hops. Medium frothy body. Refreshing. Solid. Fresh.

5oz Sampler @ Brewery. Notes: see through golden yellow, decent retention. So thin it taste like hop water. 7 hop varieties? Where? Didn’t finish. After thoughts: apparently, I really wasn’t into this. I do remember it tasting very much like water without much flavor. That was about it...I do not NOT finish a beer often.
