Pours gold with a rich, white head. Smells of pumpkin pie spices, some caramel, peppery. Tastes sweet and spicy with some cinnamon, ginger, caramel on the finish.

(Draught) Pours a cloudy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of pumpkin, nutmeg, allspice, caramel, and cinnamon. Flavor of pumpkin, citrus, caramel, nutmeg, and clove.

GABF 2009. Pours clear orange with an average, frothy white head, somewhat lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, hay, straw), light hop (herbs), average yeast (dough, earth) with notes of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, and pumpkin. Medium bodied, thin texture, soft carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

GABF 2008 - This was very nice for the style, which I am generally not a big fan of. Really well done with the spice profile, mingles well with the caramel malt background. Allspice, clove and cinnamon, with some warm honey and sweet caramel. A definite sipper.

GABF 2008. Touch of pumpkin. Clean finish. Nice apple pie spice profile. Light body and mouthfeel. Dry clean finish

Draught. Low but lasting off-white creamy head. Hazy yellow body. Sweet honey pumpkin aroma. Lemon pumpkin flavor. High carbonation. Long sweet aftertaste.

GABF 2008. Hazy bronze colour. Nice toffee and spices aroma. Palate has a very nice marriage of caramel and mace, cinnamon, and clove. Good balance, big flavours.

on tap at gabf. a light-bodied beer with good flavor and a smooth palate. Spices are appropriate and fall in the range of a regular pumpkin entry.

on tap-pours a white head and pumpkin orange color. Aroma is pumpkin, clove, vanilla. Taste is pumpkin, clove vanilla. Smooth. A great line up of beers done by Nathan, has been here 2 years and in August became the new Head Brewer.
