on tap-pours a creamy tan head and copper color. Aroma is sweet malt-caramel, hops, vanilla. Taste is malty, rock candy, citrus hops. Barleywine mouth feel. OK carbonation.

You either love or hate this beer style. I liked it and my wife hated it. It had a lot of "Thomas Hardy" characteristics. The alcohol was evident. Flavors of raisins, currants and malt. This beer would improve with aging.

Draught. Pours mahagony with a frothy small tan head and lined creamy lacing. Molasses caramel and roasted malt fruit hop aroma with chocolate notes. Sweet caramel malt bitter chocolate creamy bodied flavor. Medium and creamy palate.
