On tap at the brewpub (labeled as Solar Wit). Pours a super cloudy blonde with a small head. Aroma of bready malt, yeast, clove, and banana. Flavor is fruity with clove, yeast, banana, lemon, and a spicy finish with tangy orange and citrus notes. Becomes more fruity as you drink it. Pretty tasty wit. 7/4/8/4/14 [3.7/5]

On tap in Laramie. Impressive place for the town. Color was a hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of banana and wheat; quite nice. Flavor was the same with a good amount of sweetness. Solid and refreshing beer.

This wasn’t bad and was actually rather refreshing. Lots of banana in the nose, with a refreshing zing on the tongue upon first taste. Really has that cereal maltiness, lots of wheaty qualities and spice here. A little bit more sweetness than I cared for, but I could put up with it for a pint or two.

On tap at the Chophouse in August of 2007. Pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is of bananas and spices, mostly clove. Flavor is of banana on top of banana, with a slight hint of vanilla. This could be poure on your morning Cherrios. This was the most interesting of the beers sampled here. John wanted a growler full but there was no room in the Honda Fit on the way to California.

Excellent German-style Hefeweizen. The banana and clove esters were in good balance with each other. The wheat malt and noble hops also shined through nicely.

Decent, smells like a big frozen banana smoothie. Toasty grainy flavors, with an inherent yeastiness displaying some nice spicy corriander and clove qualities. Light and smooth on the palate, and quite enjoyable.

Draught. Much better than their wheat. Pours gold with an edgy white head. Wheat malt (grains, meal) and banana and clove notes. Wheat mild bitter banana yeast and clove with light acidic finish. Light bodied and crisp palate.
