2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
On the lighter side of golden appearance with a bubbly white head. Malt driven aroma with golden syrup to the fore along with passionfruit, some banana and lemon. Light and fruity at first when tasted, bright and quenching with very subtle bitterness. A definite hot weather beer.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
The head is good, body golden. It smells malty, grain, bit hoppy. The taste is hoppy, grain, bit flowery. Ok

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Diacetyl bomb. Light body, medium sweetness, low bitterness, high acidity; filmy, buttery, oily texture. Skin sweat / iso acid, popcorn, etc. Obviously an off batch, not sure if this review is worth much other than to state the obvious. Hope the brewer figures out what to do to correct this. Clear orange-hued gold with a short head. From draft at Atlas Beer Cafe, Queenstown.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Second time trying this brew. This time it was delicious. Strong malt profile with toffee and biscuit and very dry. Subtle hops balance the dryness with light fresh bitterness. Excellent on a hot day.
