Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, small, but stable (almost off-)white head, a bit hazy; citrousy-grainy nose with some hops floating around; moderate bitter-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish fruity-grainy finish with a discreet hoppiness in the aftertaste. Tastes almost like a poor Weizen.........

Malzig-süßer,leicht hopfiger Antrunk, im Mittelteil wird das Bier etwas wässrig und untertönig bitter. Süßlich-würziger, leicht malziger Abgang.

chiara buona schiuma media persistenza note leggermente erbace un poco malatae delicate anche in bocca rimane delicata medio luppolo

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, fine foam. Starts very mild, turns then spicy. Finish modest malty, still spicy. Really good beer!

Bottle. Bought @ Fleggaard, Süderlügum.Pours a clear and very pale yellow. Fizzy head that quickly disappears. Aroma is mild with malty sweetness. Low carbonation. Flavour is mild, and pretty hoppy bitter. A peppery edge to the bitterness, which lingers for quite some time.

Draught at BBF07 as Altöttinger Hell. Clear golden colour. Stable white head. Good malty flavour with a hint of pepper. A bit thin, though.
