It’s slightly hazy, warm golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, hay and slightly dusty grain. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of hay, grain, malt and a touch of flower. The finish is slightly dry.

Swing top bottle. Pale blonde. Feinherb? It is malty and bready with some soft citrus and pineapple notes. Pineapple in the aroma. No specific hopbitterness. Easy drinker.

Bottle: Hazy, mid-sized firm head, lacing; a bit fruity nose (citrus), traces of hops and cardboard; slightly sweetish and malty, very shy bitterness in the flavour and a very faint bitter touch in the finish. A mild, but pretty boring brew.......

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Pale malty, slightly sulphury nose with shy grainy accents and notes of cooked cabbage and dough. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Slightly stumpy malty base with a touch of chalk and grains; slightly bitter and quite metallic finish. 01.IV.10

Swing-top bottle. Barley malt and hay aroma. Pale yellow color with moderate head. Sweet grainy malt and moderately bitter grass hops flavor. Drinkable but far from great.

A clear golden beer with good head and lacing. Smell is hopy and spicy. Aroma is malty and very dry, lot of hops in the nose, very spicy and grassy, high bitterness.
