On tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a clear golden amber with a big, rather shirt lasting head. Aroma has lots of funk, vinegar, cherries, moldy blue cheese, red wine, tannins, oak, vanilla. Taste very sour. Both some vinegar, but more lactic than i would have guessed from the taste. Nice and clean when cold, but gets more messy and grainy as it warms up. Acidic oily texture and a medium high carbonation.

10cl sample from bottle at the Leuven Innovation Beer Festival II 2016 (16 V 2016). Hazy orange to red coloured wild ale, in a certain sense a blend of wild beer components from the Western World. This sour ale is aged on St.-Emilion barrels for between four months and one year. This gives a woody character to the ale, together with the already light sourness, a raspberry like mouthfeel. The tartness is lovely, with some earthy notes - coming from the Alvinne Morpheus yeasts, for sure. Lovely taste, with a soury lasting ending.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2016 13-MAY-2016, draft @Fermentoren following CBC Yellow Session, with Ulkløbben. Hazy orange with no head. No carbonation, soft, sour, Lambic-like with funk, straw and fruit. Fine.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete. Lambicliknande på alla sätt. Gyllengul, ingen kolsyra, funkig och syrlig doft men lite mer laktosyrlig och lite snällare rundare syra. Smak av syrliga bär, citrus, plommon. Trevlig.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with fizzy head. Aromas of citrus, grass, and some woody notes. Flavor is a tart fruity, a little yeast, and some hints of wood on the tail.

Bottle from Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Tart rounded notes, coats the mouth fully. Puckering, smooth, impressive and will definitely buy again.
