UPDATED: OCT 12, 2010 [9/24/10] Bottle at Borefts Beer Festival 2010. Dark reddish brown. Aroma of barnyard, cherries, oak and some more fruits. Sourish-sweetish flavor with malt, biscuits, some citric notes and a vinous fruitiness. Rounded-mouthfeel. Very enjoyable.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled 750ml (Beer Planet, BB 06/2015)
Dark nut brown, reddish color, no head. Sour nose with strong aroma of red wine. Light to medium bodied. Easier than the most Alvinne barrel cask brews: red wineous tannines, sourness - but not too much of bretta, some oak and cellar. Grapes are evident in this beer. Quite balanced "red wine beer".

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: NOV 2, 2013 (Bottled, 0.75l) Hazy darkish amber with a small, firm head. Tart and wineous nose with peachy wild yeast, and a touch of acidity from the grapes. Mildly tart, bretty and fruity flavor with plenty of yeast, a touch of acidity, cloves and some cherries. Almost medium body with low, yet slightly fizzy carbonation. Quite mild and mellow overall, but quite enjoyable. Will cellar the other bottle for some years to let the brettanomyces really kick in. 4264 (Revisit 2013-11-02: Still only mild tartness present. Quite berry-fruity, not very interesting, almost watery. Good, but expected more.)
