33cl gusher, thanks TBone! Dark opaque brown, firm beige head leaving tight lacing. Nose has citric acid, minty toothpaste, little earthy yeast, candi sugar and faint cocoa. Flavor is pretty tart, same lemon all over, hints vinegar, herbal and earthy yeast mellowing things out a bit, some soothing darker maltiness coming through also. Finishes with minimal bitterness and some iron, reminiscing of Karhu actually. Medium bodied, a tad sticky palate but smooth palate, Pretty much the same flaws found here as in Podge, I hate that lemoney tartness.

Moderately sweet, some very light roast, lots of toffee, dark fruit, etc. Dense body could be more carbonated to lighten the load. The spices are evident a bit in the finish, but are mostly an afterthought.

Bottle - 330ml. Dark brown body with a fair beige foamy/creamy head. Rich malty/hoppy aroma with plummy and brown sugar hints. Good vineous taste that carries plummy notes. Ends with a nice, warming finish. Very decent winter warmer.

On tap at Max’s in Baltimore. Pours a clear brownish ruby with a creamy, thick off-white head with great retention and lace. Cinnamon and coriander in the aroma. Taste is heavy on the cinnamon, nutmeg, and booze. Big hop backing. Similar to Malheur 12.

Bottle. A nice malty sweet aroma, light touch of liquor, quite fruity. The head is small, beige and creamy with a normal duration. The body is dark brown. A sour taste which later gets more malty. The body is medium strong, creamy and with a normal carbonation.

Sweet malt nice Belgian yeast. Great coloring and head. Malt was sweet with flavor and fruit like flavors. Dry to the finish this was a very nice brew.

Pours dark brown with a big frothy tan head. Nice spicy aroma, ripe fruits, plums and wood. Light sour taste of tangerines, some ginger as well, raisins and more citrus which lingers to the end with some final bitterness as well. Nice.

Bottle. Very spicy aroma with flowers and ginger. Explosive with huge head and deep redbrown clear colour. Flavour less interesting than the fantastic aroma. Slightly sour. The spices seems to disappear in yeast and sourness.
