Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy deep reddish with a creamy beige head. Tart cherry aroma with some Bretty notes. Medium body, tart cherry notes with some sulphur, yeasty and Bretty with a woody edge. Quite enjoyable. 131212

Bottle at VANØ Bergen’s Christmas Gathering 2012. Pours a deep red-brown body with a small off-white head. Nose is acetone, oak, white pepper, dark mals, nutmeg, hints of herbs and hay. Taste is oaky vinous herbal tones, alcohol, basil, hints of citric peel. A bit too astringent medicine-herbal bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. OK sour, but not great.

Bottle. Dark murky brown color, large bubble fluffy brown head. Aroma of sour raisins, prunes, red wine. Taste is softly spur prunes, port, dates, figs. Very nice.

Unclear matt medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity - berry, prune - sherry, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, caramel, cherry, earthy cheery - cherry stones, roten cherry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120804]

Bottle @ Gents Bierfestival. Dark brown coloured beer with no carbonation and a small off white head. Slight sour herby malty and roasted hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. FInish is stronger sour fruity. Not bad.

ChrisOs Marvellous Pre GBBF Mega Tasting. Hazy brown beer, little pale tan head. Light dry palate, a little airy and frothy. Dry cherry and vinegar. Plums. A little pith. Mellow sourness. Slightly dry finish.

Bottle: Poured a deep dark reddish color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of oak and tart cherries with light sugar notes. Taste is a complex mix between some oak and tart cherries with light acidic notes and some light notes of residual sugar. Body is slightly above average with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Overall, a very solid offering that drinks very well with being quite sour.

Brown colour, no head. Aroma of madeira, acidic, cherry, cherry yoghurt , caramel and fruity notes. Quite acidic flavour, malts, light sweet. Caramel, light coffee notes. Finish red fruit, lactic acid, quite sour, caramel and light leather.

Bottle at Chriso’s 2012 Pre-GBBF Shindig, London. Pours very foggy amber with a fine tan foam head. Funky nose rife with poop, some tangy berries. Light to medium sweet flavor, fairly bitter with some earthy and leafy character, moderate manure. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to finish with some leaves and tangy berries. It’s OK.
