Bottle at yespr. Hazy red-brown coloured with a medium sized off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, dried fruits and berries with notes of red wine. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, berries and red wine. Tart finish.

Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense light brown head. Aroma: Oak, sourness, berries, yeast, medicine. Flavour: Sourness, berries, yeast, grape, spice. Medium to full bodied. Ends grapy sour with an oaky touch. Quite nice.

Bottled. An unclear dark amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, malt, caramel, and wood. The flavor is sweet with notes fo brettanomyces, malt, and caramel, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle at VANØ Bergen’s Christmas Gathering 2012. Pours a deep red-brown body with a small off-white head. Nose is acetone, oak, white pepper, dark mals, nutmeg, hints of herbs and hay. Taste is oaky vinous herbal tones, alcohol, basil, hints of citric peel. A bit too astringent medicine-herbal bitter finish. Medium body, soft carbonation. OK sour, but not great.

Bottle. Dark murky brown color, large bubble fluffy brown head. Aroma of sour raisins, prunes, red wine. Taste is softly spur prunes, port, dates, figs. Very nice.

Unclear matt medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, fruity - berry, prune - sherry, wood. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, caramel, cherry, earthy cheery - cherry stones, roten cherry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120804]

Bottle @ Gents Bierfestival. Dark brown coloured beer with no carbonation and a small off white head. Slight sour herby malty and roasted hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. FInish is stronger sour fruity. Not bad.
