(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a white head - looks pretty much like a typical Witbier. Vaguely tart nose with a touch of yeast. Medium-bodied with a lightly sweet maltiness. Some vaguely tart accents from the wheat and then a fresh fruitiness with some aroma hops without really being bitter. For once a fairly interesting Belgian Blonde Ale. 070706

Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Archetypical Belgian blond spicy yeast aroma (with some coriander? for good measure. Sweet, spicy (coriander) flavours.Medium-bodied and fizzy. A blonde wannabe wit.

33 cl bottle, bottled on ? Straw coloured, hazy, good pearling, rich white creamy head. Sweetish, a bit perfumed aroma with ethereal herbal notes and a hint of yeast. Sweetish - a bit flat - juicy and peppery taste, no aftertaste. Carbonation lively teases the tip of the tongue.

4 Jun 2005 - (HOP 2005) - Low sweet hop aroma. Cloudy yellow colour, an OK head and good lacing. Sweet simplistic flavour that has some metallic notes. dry finish with a thinn mouthfeel. Lacks some character.
