Bottle @ Københavnske Øldage 2007 in Copenhagen. Unclear medium yellow color with a fizzy fair lacing mostly diminishing white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, ctrius, some notes of sourness. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic, light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

An unclear yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coriander and yeast. The flavor is sweet and very spicy with coriander standing out. The end is quite dry.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, pale golden with a white head - looks pretty much like a typical Witbier. Vaguely tart nose with a touch of yeast. Medium-bodied with a lightly sweet maltiness. Some vaguely tart accents from the wheat and then a fresh fruitiness with some aroma hops without really being bitter. For once a fairly interesting Belgian Blonde Ale. 070706

From bottle at Alvinne. Pours hazy orange with a little white head. Flavour is light spiced and mild caramel. Light citrus/orange fruity note and coriander. Smooth and pleasant. Spiced finish.

UPDATED: APR 28, 2005 Bottled. Cloudy golden. Banana aroma. Sweet and soft with medium body. The malt and yeast character in given more space in this beer than in their hop dominated Blond Extra. Pleasant and very drinkable.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruits, mild spices as well as some yeasty notes. Flavour is quite much the same along with some mild herbal and earthy notes as well.

Bottle. Cloudy golden coloured with a white head. Aroma of fruits and spices. Flavour of fruits, spices and yeast. Dry finish of spices, yeast and hops. Good blonde.

Bottle, 6.5%. Nicely spicy and citric aroma. Cloudy yellow/orange colour. Very big white head, quite stable. The flavour is very citric, like fresh lemon juice. There is some bitterness in the finish staying very late. High carbonation. This reminds me of witbier, very refreshing.

33cl bottle @ Delirium Cafe. 2003 Vintage. Pours a cloudy yellow with a off white head. Nose is matured. Mouldy, sweet and fruity. Full bodied. Ends dry adn spicy.

(33cl bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, grass, nila wafers, and yeast. Flavor of yeast, lemon mirange, coriander, and orange.
