75cl, batch#1 from Alvinne biershop. Couleur est très claire laissant dans le verre une légère brume de levure, un peu comme la clarté de l’eau mélangée au jus de pomme, qcq bulles percent la surface pour un col blanc disparaissant très vite. Arôme, on y retrouve la signature Alvinne par la levure Morpheus et ce bouquet fleuri de pommes pressées et de fleurs de pommiers, le tout laissant cette impression de sucre concentré de pomme. En bouche, cidre agréable et sec. Tout comme l’arôme, on y retrouve la présence de levure, mais aussi ce profile de chaire de pomme, le tout donne un profile râpant et sûre, carbonnation est pétillante.

Bottled (shared by tdtm82, thanks!). Hazy grey/pale yellow colour with minor head. Aroma is spicy, yeasty and mild applejuice. Flavour is rubbery, apples, some yeast and quite metallic notes. Also quite chalky as for aftertaste. Hopefully this was a one-off test....

Bottle 750ml.

Clear light light yellow almost white colour with a small small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate apple, tart apples, food apples, floury apples, apple flowers, thin - watery apples. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, dry apple. thin. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20120330]

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a pale hazy....white?? with a tiny, fizzy white head. Tart vinegary nose with only a slight whiff of apple tartness. Light body, tart apple notes and a very dry and somewhat acetic finish. Drinkable though. 300312

Bottle @ FOneFan. Slightly hazy very pale yellow with tiny white head. Aroma is apples, little orange and fruit. Flavour is apples, little sweet, little dry, little acid, spices and a little watery.

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is close to water. Aroma and taste are apples, hints of cinnamon and notes of citrus. Medium carbonated and medium bodied.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear champagne colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, apples, light soapy and light spicy. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. Watery. 300312

Bitter apple cider. Notes of grass and herbs. This cider is missing something.

(bottle) looks like grapefruit juice, no head. aroma of bread dough and light citrus, very prominent notes of pear and some hints of ripe apple. flavour is mostly bubble gum and pear, with light hints of powdered sugar and vanilla, surprisingly little apple flavour. very light-bodied with fizzy carbonation.

Bottle. Clear golden yellow, no head, but slight carbonation. Aroma of soapy apples. Taste is sweet and sour apples. Interesting experiment, I suppose.

Bottle at ACBF 2012. Cloudy watery (light yellow) - no head. Apples, light light apples, deluted apple juicy, minerals, light cadny sweetness, pleasant bubbles.
