Ampolla.

Bottle shared at Craft Clerkenwell. It pours deep brown with a small off-white head. The nose is earthy, wood, berry, vinous, jammy, dirt, vanilla and toasted coconut. The taste is sweet, juicy berry, dark fruit, vinous, jammy, red grape, wood, alcohol warmth, earth and mild toast with a dry, vinous finish. Med-full body, fine carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. Pretty jammy and vinous. Pretty decent, but perhaps a touch sweet.

Draft at Borefts BF 2012. A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Opaque dark brown beer with a good pale tan head. Palate is smooth and airy. Little dry. Mild minerals. Touch of aniseed but otherwise the alcohol is well hidden. Light toffee malt cream. Dried fruits. Mild spice and a touch of sherry. Finishes crisp. Interesting beer, was expecting heavy and sweet but this is light and crisp!
