Boreft Beer Festival 2012. Hazy dark brown with a small, big-bubbled off-white head. Aroma of dark sugar and dried fruit, with a touch of vanilla. Sweet, dark sugar dominated flavour with yeasty touch and plenty of alcohol. Almost completely still.

Draft at Borefts. Sample shared by another RB guy. Dark amber pour, notes of wine, grapes, oak, malt, and light chocolate. Med bodied.

Tap @ Borefts 2012. Ripe fruit in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with lots of ripe and even candied fruit, hiding the alcohol.

Draught., Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Fluffy beige head. Aroma: Spice, ripe fruits, sweetness, alcohol quite dominant. Flavour: Spice, grape, fruits, light caramel and sugar. Meidum bodied Ends alcoholdense and fruity spiced.

On tap at Borefts 2012. Cloudy brown with virtually no head. No carbonation. Aroma is dark fruits, grape juice. Sweet on the palate with a fruity aftertaste. Taste is plum, grape, raisins, hints of chocolate and vanilla.

Draught at Borefts BeerFest 2012. Clear dark red/brown - offwhite head. Chocolate, nutty, wine notes, red grapes, wineous, ok malty, full bodies, lovely oakey, phenolic notes.

Draught @ Borefts 12. Hazy orange color, small to medium sized off-white head. Smell malts, fairly sweet and slightly wood-ish. Taste malts, sweetish and winey. Nicely balanced. Medium to full body and relatively soft carbonation.

The beer is dark amber in color with an off-white head. A touch boozy on the nose with some caramel, wood, bourbon, and maple syrup notes. Just very sweet, but pretty nice. The flavor is similarly heavy on the sweetness. Tons of caramel, maple syrup, and vanilla. A bit of sweet wine and wood, too.

Brown with red glow. Small, thin off-white head. Portlike taste, with hints of bourbon, vanilla, red wine. Smooth oily beer with smooth carbonation.
