A medium red brown with ridiculously large tan head. Nice complex aroma of plums, raisins, oak, brown sugar, cherry. Full body, there’s some alcohol but not harsh. Flavor is very sweet, red fruit, oak, malt. Interesting overall, perhaps a bit sweet and medicinal.

Flavour has good malty fatness, caramel, light chocolate, red wine, vanilla, vinious. No sign of the ABV. Lovely take on a quad.

Bottle... Hazy burnt-orange pour with no head. The aroma is a melange of white oak, caramel and black cherries. Full-bodied with nearly no carbonation. The flavor is a moderately sweet, lightly tart blend of fruitcake and caramel. Finishes sweet and tart, and then lightly bitter. Bottle shared by Rick at the Vero Beach ABC (Miracle Mile)!

Pours moderate hazy ruby with a fine, bubbly head. Rich, warm semi-dark fruits on the nose, with some yeasty bread. Hugely sweet flavor with tons of ripe fruits, citrus, berries, plums. Full bodied with fine carbonation

Bottled. Pours hazy amber with an average, lacing, off-white head. Aroma of overripe fruit, white wine, wood, and caramel. Sweet flavor that ends up more dry with bitter notes and alcohol Medium bodied, oily texture and soft carb. A very nice Barley.

Lukaduke (2986) - Gray, Maine, USA - APR 2, 2014
Pours a hazy caramel leather color with a trace of gaseous bubbles forming a thin layer of foam. Layers of date fruit, fig, raisin, boozy grape and earthy wet wood, leather and moss. Booze is pretty in check considering its abv, though the flavors do get a bit muddled in the midpalate but the start and finish make up the difference. Low carbonation but feel its appropriate to the beer.

Aroma of grape, fig, chocolate. Deep amber color. Complex taste... like wine bur an ale with a ever such an alcohol burn.
