Crosling (1603), Loveland, Colorado, USA May 12, 2008 Draught, Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fà, Rome, Italy. Light golden color. Full Head. Smells of Belgian character, with lemon, citrus-like american hops. Flavor is packed with Belgian character, american hops....hints of fruit and yeast. Lots of taste, authentic, unique and luscious. Quality ale.
Mes_and_Sim (3967), London, Greater London, England Jul 20, 2008 A Mes rate: Bottle at the Tom’s awesome Twickenham Brewery tasting. Cloudy yellow gold with a huge, foamy off white head. Very floral and grassy with some expected tropical fruit from the Amarillo. Tarty, bitter and very drinkable. Lovely fruity notes and an excellent bitter finish that has considerable length. Very good stuff. Sammy (2969), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 19, 2008 Recently brought back from State Line Liquors. Absolute bomb explosion of foam - it wasn’t moved in days. A third left in bottle of citrus IPA, and the foam not shot out. A lemonbalmy aroma with the fragrant Amarillo, a pleasing bitterness. Wish there was more. Good mouthfeel. thebeertourist (1696), Oslo, Norway Jul 18, 2008 Bottle. Pours cloudy orange with sediment and a healthy head. Noble hops aroma with some citrus. Initial sweet flavours, but balanced by good, earthy, slightly citric hop bitterness. I enjoyed this one. bierkoning (4636), La Tropica, Netherlands Jul 1, 2008 Bottle. Citrus and vanilla in the hoparoma. Firm citric, flowery, slightly perfumed flavor, lingering on in the aftertaste. Yeasty. Very tasty, but not very refined. SDbruboy (1809), San Diego, California, USA Jun 21, 2008 330 ml bottle from sloth - thanks as always man! Pours hazy golden amber with a huge, fluffy white head and lots of dark sediment. Aroma of citrus and spice, sugar cookie dough and shortbread, summer fruit, light floral hops. Flavor of stone fruits, bready yeasts, more of the cookie dough and spice - allspice, coriander and clove - floral and citrus hops. Medium body, blessedly assertive carbonation.
