(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a tall and quite stable tanned foamy head. Cara-malty aroma with citric, flowery and slightly zesty hops, accompanied by a Belgian yeast-character. Bitter flavour, light bodied with a calm carbonation. Dry (cara-)malty taste with fruity noble hops-profile; dry and bitter, also quite slim finish with present fruity hops from Engeland. 12.VI.11

6/9/11/11/8/11

Draft @ meet the brewer event at CASK. Pours a hazy amber, with a small white head. Lime, lemon, slightly metallic, crisp, dry, straw and a hint of banana. Different, but enjoyable.

DBF Geos 20110420 (33 cl Bottle): A light amber, cloudy beer with a normal nearly white head. The smel is very much fruity/citrus from the hop. The taste is some sweet, malty with fast a bitter with citrus-sour tast. The citru-like hop taste stay long in the mouth. Good nice bitter tasted beer.

Murky straw colored beer with a really huge white head. Chunks of yeast floating on the head. Smells lemony and yeasty. Some malt along with a faint urine odor. Like cat piss. Not too bitter, and way too much like a Saison or other farm beer. I don’t get a bitter at all in this beer. Muted sweetness left in the mouth with a barely noticeable bitterness. Not the worst beer you could drink on a warm day.

Bottle at Gains Bar Kortrijk. Clear amber, thin near white head. Aroma of light orange furits and bit of malt. Easy drinking in mouth. Served too cold though. Decent yeast. A yeasty English session beer.

Bottle @ a festival (Delta beer festival, Goes, NL) Light, cloudy golden appearance, white head. Fruity yeast aroma, hops. Spicy, almost green chili pepper. Fruity flavour, pomelo, hop overtones. Bit thin on the malts, but then again: it has only light alcohol to support the malt. Refreshing. Finish dry, only the hops linger.
