Bottle at Nüetnigenough, Brussels, Belgium Saturday 28th April 2012 Hazy amber in colour with a white head. Quite like a British bitter, in its eminent quaffability, nice bitterness and low abv. Touch thin at times but the nice grapefruit fruity qualities kept me interested until the last glug. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov13 3.3

Agradable bitter de baixa graduació. Amb la justa cremositat, amargor i postgust. Molt recomenable per combatre la calor.

gEUS (232) - Linden, BELGIUM - APR 12, 2012
33 cl bottle - pours hazy beige-yellow, foam gushing out og the bottle and head is persisting in the glass. The nose is a lot of "’t putteke" (let’s say very earthy and raw aromas) with some fruitiness (pineapple). Light body with decent carbonation - fresh taste al over with nice bitterness in the end. ALthough very strange in the nose, this is yet acceptable given the low ABV.

Bottle 33 cl from Willems - Grobbendonk (B). Golden amber with huge white foam, completely decorating the glass with laces, dull crackling. Sour flavors, lactic yeast, malt, hop-citrus, fruit-rhubarb. The taste is well bitter, dry, malted, grain, yeast and earthy and grapefruit hops. Slightly thinnish. Long finale, dry on the bitterness.

(33 cl bottle) Gushes out of the bottle, with a yellowish, light amber colour with a very big, foamy white head. Very cloudy. Zesty, grapefruity, a little soapy or medicinal hop aroma. Medium bitter taste. Judging from the wild-yeasty impression on the nose, I expected it to be a little sour as well, but there is none of that. Has a lot of aroma considering the only 3.8 % alcohol. Hops spread nicely on the roof of my mouth. Still a little watery in the middle. Dry finish.

(Bottled) How surprising - a gusher... Pours murky orange with a medium, frothy head. Very nice, Orval-like, wild-yeasty nose with grassy-herby hops. Flavor is herby-aromatic yeasty, lightly tart. Light to medium body, high and foamy CO2. A pleasant brew for such a low ABV, but Alvinne seriously needs to fix their CO2 levels. 2554

Light hazy amber coloured with some yeast particles and little carbonation. Medium deminishing white head. Light enjoyable herby and slightly fruity (orange peel) sweet hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is light, herby bitter yeasty slightly unpleasant.

Pours a nice bright amber color. Aromas of grapefruit/pine with some roasty scents. Flavor is citrus mixed well with the sweet malt, nice hoppy taste on this one

@ ACBF 2011. The aroma has fruity hops, some caramel, some grass. Clear, golden coloured beer with a white lace. The taste is light-moderate bitter, carbonated and a bit astringent.
