(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, effervescent orange-golden coloured hue with a blond and huge foamy head. Yeasty and phenolic spicy aroma with something reminding me of baking yeast/mushrooms, accompanied by delicately fruity and herbal notes. Moderately bitter flavour with a shy malty sweetness, medium bodied, dry mouthfeel with a lively carbonation. Extremely yeasty and spicy taste with herbal and mildly fruity hops; dry and bitter finish with an alcoholic bite. Does not fit together imo. 21.VI.11

Nothing more to say for me. Read the comment of DutchDrebus and you can imagine what happened. Absolutely insane gusher, pure explosion the instant I barely touched the cap. Poor smell, taste not nearly as bitter as expected from the IBUs on the bottles label. Unforgettable experience, poor beer.

We we’re going to taste this at benzai’s computer room. What happened next can only be described as a life changing experience, since we still are very carefull and a bit scared every time we open a beer. For a few seconds we thought the world was coming to an end. Since we we’re drinking beer, it might have been a good time for that to happen though.. Let me describe the situation in a bit more detail.
As soon as he set the opener to the bottlecap, the beer was like an orgasm after 2 years of celebacy while both of your hands were unavailable (for unknows reasons) the whole time. Crazy, extreme gushing. In porn they call this squirting and they usually cover the room in plastic, to avoid situations like these. If only we would’ve known... He had to throw away his computer keyboard, since it had lost the battle against the mighty invading beer troops. The whole room looked like a horse had been pissing for 15 minutes straight, while swinging his mighty horse dick around the entire time. After we came to our senses, after we were done screaming what the fuck and after calling our dear ones to tell them we love them, we looked at the bottle and we saw there was just enough beer in it to taste it, so we did.
The beer was quite boring and nasty. The experience though? Priceless + 12 euros for a new keyboard.
Also - rating number 500.

I don’t really know what to say about this one. I discern no strong aroma, honey maybe. It rates low on appearance because of all the schmutz floating around after my (admittedly poor) pour. Taste is vaguely orval-esque but also some sweetness, and a nice ending but really not so hoppy at all and certainly not as bitter a finish as anticipated. Amazing mouthfeel though, really lively. I also felt like the alcohol wasn’t that well hidden. After the first sip I was not so impressed but now it’s growing on me. I’d try it again, but not my first choice.

The beer pours a honey orange with a light white that is gone way to fast. Light retention and lacing.
The aroma starts off very sweet and then at the end you get a little "belgian" hops. There is some clove almost like a wheat beer.
The taste is ok, its a little sweet to start, doesn’t really have much hops to it. At the end you get a little, but its just a sorta sweet beer.
The feel is pretty boring, on the light side without much of a finsh.
You could drink a lot of this, but why would you?
Overall, a pretty boring ipa.

bottle: Pour is medium orange gold with a thick fizzy head on it.
aroma is orangy fruitiness, earthy yeastiness, some grassy tones, very light and sweet.
Very lively carbonation
Flavour is sweet clean maltiness overtaken by an earthy yeastiness, then tart orange and mown hay. Lingering earthy/pithy bitterness.
I really enjoyed this beer.

hazy orange amber body. Musty nose with orange candy, caramel. Bitter finish to the sweet orange candy, no sugars, light pepper and bubble gum, light cardboard.
