Bottle, bought @ Etre Gourmet.
Pours murky deep red-brown with a small, fizzy, pink head. Aroma has lots of fruity tartnes, cherries, light vinegar, a bit of yeast and funk. Highish carbonation, fine dry and light oily mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly tart, caramel base, some yeasty off-notes (but not much), super fruity, lots of cherries with very little marzipan. Good tart finish.
