Draft. Pour is a light amber/copper with a small off-white head, decent retention. Aroma is oak, sour cherries, brown sugar, something tart. Flavor is really nice, soft sourness with oak and cherries. Palate is sour, soft carbonation, light body/low alcohol.

5th March 2010. Pre ZBF. Cloudy dark red beer. Some sour cherry on the nose. Sharpiish dry palate. Refreshing tartness without getting puckery. The cherry is there but not overwhelming - just a nice crisp prescense. Very refreshing beer.

Bottle, bought @ Alvinne Beershop.
Pours an absolutely lovely, clear, deep ruby red. Small, rather fizzy, off-white pink head. Stays as a thin rim ’round the edges. Nice sweet fruity aroma, lots of oak, some mild red wine tannins, vanilla. High carbonation, light watery palate. Flavour is mildly dry, somewhat dull at first, then good tartness, fine oaky presence. There are grapes, little tannins, some good cherries. Light marzipan, some vanilla. Quite decent actually, compared to how much sweetness there is in the original version. Nice.

Light milky acidic, with some wood and berries like notes. Mild leather and barnyard feel. Light bodied with a soft carbonation and dry texture. Moderated acidic with some sweet flavor as well. Lingering sour fruity finish. 8/3/7/3/15 = 3.6
