Thanks to Beerlover_Ben! 500 ml. bottle sampled @ RBBWG IV. Dark red, zero head. Nose is huge red fruit, tart, vinous, lightly puckering. Taste is tart cherry, herbal, cherry pits, lightly puckering, oak, quite a bit of wine,… Juice-like body. Pretty nice, very straightforward without complexity, lots & lots of fruit.

50cl bottle, fresh batch, limited to 400 bottles. Low carbonation, somewhat sirupy mouthfeel and look, brown-red pour, quick vanishing head. Pleasant round nose with wood notes & cherry (nice intertwining of both aromas), malt and boiled wort, passion fruit, lychee, some candi and even caramel in the far background. Soft citrussy cherry flavour, medium tartness, oily mouthfeel. Lovely to have a higher ABV, hints of the Land vM and cherries altogether. Looking forward aging it and tasting it from 2-3 years on.

Reddish/dark coppery colour with a minimal and quickly diminishing off-white head. Aroma has intense notes if cheeries with wooden hints. Flavor is acidic, sourish, very fruity dominating cherries, wooden, red wine and slightly bittery almond. The final is very sourish with notes of barrel and cherries.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours murky Bordeaux rød with quickly vanishing off-white head. Clear, vinous aroma. Ditto taste, drawing tears from one’s eyes. Arbupt, bitter finish. Lingering, vinous aftertaste. A decent kriek, quite unlike the cheap, sweet, commercial stuff.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A more or less clear one, reddish in color and topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Vinous, lightly vinegarish cherry aroma. A bit simple maybe, but nice anyway. The flavor is pretty vinegarish, with quite a lot of cherry and some almond. Dry and pleasantly carbonated. Long finish with cherries and vinegar. Although a bit too one-dimensional, it’s a nice and tasteful one. 131122
