26/03/2016 @home 50cl bottle from Bierhalle Deconinck, Vichte. Deep red colour with nice head, leaving a small lacing. Nose is fruity & sour. Taste is lots of cherries, some oak, sourness, wine. Very dry ending.

500ml bottle @ home bought Dekoninck bierhalle Vichte. 8.5%. Dark red/brown and clear. Very sour, slight taste of cherries with something more bitter (dark chocolate). Thoroughly enjoyed it, not acidic for its sourness or strength. Highly carbonated on opening.

Pours unclear dark red, small white head. Smell is pure cherry, sour, oak, dry, intense. Taste is dry, sharp, very sour and astrigent. cherries ( wet cherries ) some ’bloody’ like ’metallic’ taste. Perhaps a bit too dry and to carbonated for my taste, but why complain, when you have a good beer in front of you ? alvinne is def. killing it with their sours lately, and while this ain’t their best to date, it is def. worth it !

På Haand Ølfestival 30 Mai 15. Delt med Rune. Dyp brun. Lavt skum. Uklar. Litt sjokolade (?) i aromaen. Smaken syrlig frukt. Frisk - men kjedelig.

On tap @ HaandFestival 2015. Dark hazy red-hued brown body with a small off-white head. Nose is mild cherries, sour lactic tones, wood, white wine, hints of red fruits and faint citrus. Taste is sour citric tones, tart yoghurt, wood, cherries, red fruits and hints of sour berries, rhubarb and lemon zest. Medium to light body, high carbonation. Lovely tart kriek with a sour sting which is well balanced and yet quite sour, without losing the berry profile. Highly enjoyable.

From a bottle at Haandbryggeriet Beer Festival 2015. Kindly shared by Meilby. Spotty lacing from a filmy layer. Dark orange coloured body. Fruity tartness on the nose, hints of vinegar, dry. Sour fruity taste joined by a touch of rhubarb tartness. Palate cleanser (Drammen 30.05.2015).

Unclear dark red color with a pink-ish head. Wood and cherries in the aroma. Medium body, and an ok carbonation. Pleasant acidity and semi dry texture. Wood, yeast and cherries in the flavor. Rough stuff :-)
