750 ml bottle @ Bøker & Børst. Black body with a small tan head. Complex aroma, vinous, dark malt, oak, Bourbon and funky. Flavor is sweet, dark, malt, acidic sourness, dry fruit, oak, moderate Bourbon and light roasted with hint of funk. Fine body and nice aftertaste. Complex and nice, still dangerous easy to drink. Feels both full bodied and quite light at the same time. Much enjoyable.

Looks.. Black/brown, little - no head
Smells.. Dark dried fruits, liquorice, coffee, bourbon barrel, cherry/raspberry, slight pepper like spice
Tastes.. Dried dark fruits, coffee, bourbon, soy and a raspberry like tartness that subdues to a liquorice/soy sense as it warmed.
