500ml bottle picked up at Vinmonopolet Vika three years ago. Huge, rocky off-white head with fine retention. Unclear dark apricot coloured body. Clingy lacing. Caramel, oak and bourbon aroma. Comprehensive taste profile of caramel, dried fruits, earth and bourbon. Warming alcohol on the swallow. Well bodied. Decent, heavy sipper (shared with Finn and djoeye at a session in Tromsø, 01.02.2016).

Flaske 500ml spandert av Rune. Delt med ham og djoeye i WCveien 1 Feb 15. Småhissig. Gylden. Uklar. Høyt tett skum som flater helt ut. Litt lacing. Lett søt alkoholisk aroma. Smaken er mandler. Blir svakt syrlig etter hvert.

Look; persistent foam off white, dark hazy apricot amber body. Sediments. Aroma; belgian caramellic bourbonish malty scents. Taste; strong spirited malts, fruity stuff, spicy caramel - finishes with the bourbon touch. Palate; powerful. Overall; bourbonish. [Btl@Session w Rune&Finn, BB.sep2017]

Bottle. Copper color, virtually no head. Aroma of vanilla and raisin. Taste is sweet at first, with vanilla and raisin, after that the bourbon kicks in with some mildly sharp booze, some bitter hops in the finish as well. Nice, but a bit thin, could use more depth in body and flavor.
