Clear golden honey color with a fizzy white head. Floral fruit and subtle cognac aroma. Slightly sticky citric palate. Tastes of pear and orange up front followed by mustard seed and ending with a sweet cognac finish.

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Had this one at the Pre-ZBF 2010. Hazy orange colored brew. Aroma is hay, fruits, sourness, vinous. Flavor is vinous, fruits, pear.

Aroma of hops and wild yeast.
Flavour is sour wild yeast with a bit too sweet champagneish wineish flavour.

Hazy amber with no head. Sweet aroma with toasted malt, calvados, plums, alcohol and ripe fruits. Flavour was sweet with malty, caramel, fruits and alcohol notes. Finished sweet and boozy.

Bottle at Pre-ZBF 2010. Cloudy golden - no head. Calvados, sweetness, apples, alcoholic, licorice, brandy, wheaty, sharpness, wooden, grapes, light yeasty.

Bottle at 3rd pre-ZBF. Pours clear orange with no head. Aroma of wine and some oak. Slightly sour flavor with the wine being too much present. Some fruits, slightly bitter finish but also with some sweetness. Too low carbonation. It’s more of a wine than a beer.

Bottled. Orange colourd. Unclear. Small beige head. Sourness, light yeast, some fruits and calva in the aroma. Flavour is sour and yeasty as well. loads of alcohol notable and wood as well. Tense grape and grass. Medium bodied. Sourish and grapy end. Not really something for me this one.

Bottle. Pours an orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity and sweetish spicy calvados aroma with some woody hints. Sweetish warming spicy yeasty oak flavor with weak hints of calvados. Has a warming malty spicy woody finish.

Bottle courtesy of Travlr. Red apple skin nose. Pours a cloudy,
chunky from the yeast, bright, deep orange. Taste is like very good spiked unfiltered apple cider. Boozy, a bit syrupy on the palate. Very sweet with massive red apple character. It’s pretty damn good but if blind tasting I would put in under ice cider or something.
