Bottle. Pours a clear amber reddish beer with a massive off white head consisting out of big bubbles. Aroma is woody, fruity yeast, bourbon and slight booze. Flavor is sweet, very fruity, loads of booze and oak. Mustard is stated on the bottle, barely noticeable in the beer. Yeasty, cloying mouthfeel. Medium long, sweet aftertaste. Decent beer, very interesting, yet strange. Nice.

foamed over upon opening. Poured cloudy amber with particles present, off white head. Aroma is very subdued sweet malt, white wine. Taste is caramel, burnt sugar, esters, a bit too sweet and a bit heavy on booze.

Sampled from tap@Haand Fest 2013. Hazy amber, low dense white head. Nose is quite vinous with acidic citrus fruits, faint sugary caramel malts, and hint of wood and yeast. Smooth and full. Alcohol well hidden. Taste is acidic fruity with wood and light sweet caramel. Gentle bitterness in a soft and warming finish. Good, indeed.

Poured medium golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma of candy sweetness, caramel malt, vinous sourness. Full body, flavour much as the aroma, quite alcoholically sweet, quite acidic.

On tap at Haand Festival. A small, dense, off-white head tops an unclear, amber body. Itís vious and peachy on the nose, with generic fruityness, white sugar and a faint malty touch. The alchol level is barely detectable. Itís sweet in the mouth, the hoppy bitterness trying to bring balance but not succeeding, with lots of fruityness and a vinous, lightly warming alcohol touch. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, and a lasting finish. Overall, perhaps a tad sweet, but I really like it. Sure enjoyable. 130525

Bottle at the Essen OBER Kerstbierfestival 2013. Poured a medium amber with a bubbly round head. The aroma is sour citrus and creamy vanilla caramel. The flavour is medium sour with an acid vinegar citrus grapefruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sour "wild" aroma. Very strong metallic flavour. Hardly any carbonation. Pretty horrible. Odd that they poured it from a used (hopefully rinsed) orange juice bottle at the Essen Christmas Beer Festival 2013.

Apparently Iíve been a decent husband as of late cuz my wife surprised me with quite a bit of decent surprise beers. This pours ruby orange with huge appealing head. Nose of dried fruits and oak. Tastes of red delicious apples, dried apricot and peach, oaky, red wine residue, caramel, and alcohol. Sweet finish and a palate that coats mouth. Since the temp dropped like 20 degrees this boozy bomber is nice treat.
