Bottle. Pours a clear amber reddish beer with a massive off white head consisting out of big bubbles. Aroma is woody, fruity yeast, bourbon and slight booze. Flavor is sweet, very fruity, loads of booze and oak. Mustard is stated on the bottle, barely noticeable in the beer. Yeasty, cloying mouthfeel. Medium long, sweet aftertaste. Decent beer, very interesting, yet strange. Nice.

Sampled from tap@Haand Fest 2013. Hazy amber, low dense white head. Nose is quite vinous with acidic citrus fruits, faint sugary caramel malts, and hint of wood and yeast. Smooth and full. Alcohol well hidden. Taste is acidic fruity with wood and light sweet caramel. Gentle bitterness in a soft and warming finish. Good, indeed.

Poured medium golden brown with a small off white head. Aroma of candy sweetness, caramel malt, vinous sourness. Full body, flavour much as the aroma, quite alcoholically sweet, quite acidic.

On tap at Haand Festival. A small, dense, off-white head tops an unclear, amber body. It’s vious and peachy on the nose, with generic fruityness, white sugar and a faint malty touch. The alchol level is barely detectable. It’s sweet in the mouth, the hoppy bitterness trying to bring balance but not succeeding, with lots of fruityness and a vinous, lightly warming alcohol touch. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate, and a lasting finish. Overall, perhaps a tad sweet, but I really like it. Sure enjoyable. 130525
