Deze quadrupelachtige strong ale heeft een aroma van fruit en beure noisette. De gist zorgt voor een aangenaam bitter. Verder is er sprake van sinaasappel en perzik en hop. Lekker bier. Uiterlijk is wat smoezelig door het gist.

Piany praktycznie brak. Barwa herbaciana, lekko mętna. Aromat ciekawy, głównie słodowy, karmelowy, kandyzowany i estrowy - rodzynki, dojrzałe winogrono, głóg, w tle słodkie wino typu porto, sherry. W smaku półsłodkie i jednocześnie winne, delikatnie też taninowe i cierpkie. Generalnie powtórka smaków z zapachu, dość lepkie, pełne, nisko wysycone w odbiorze. Goryczka niska, ziołowo pestkowa, alkohol w likierowej formie, rozgrzewa, raczej nie przeszkadza.
Piwo przyjemne w aromacie, przez połączenie cukru kandyzowanego z lekko kwaskową winnością odrobinę męczące w smaku. Ogólnie ciekawy eksperyment.

Poured from the bottle. Hazy yelloe-amber beer with a small head. Malt and sour cherry in the nose, malt, sour cherry and alcohol in the mouth. Good, different strong ale from this brewery famous for it’s sour beers.

Hazy amber, big minus for gushing. Aroma: spices, hay, red apple (not aldehyde), yeast, orange, some sour notes. Heavy sweetness, heavy bitterness. Flavour is fruity with lots of spices. Bit alcoholic, but for 11% it’s quite all right.

Barley wine-like. Amber, minimal head. a bit gushing out f the bottle. Aroma has malts. It’s more bitter than mlts. Not that balanced. Alcohol hidden. Fair one.

Bottle, pours hazy copper with a white head. Very complex brew, candy, berries, overripe grapes, pepper, currants, toffee, cinnamon, vanilla, dates. Quite boozy, feels like a barley wine with saison yeast. Interesting and very nice.

Look: cloudy amber with yeast particles and big white head. Aroma: wild, malty, toffee, with many spicy ethers. Taste: sweet with fruity sourness and some astrigency. Flavour: grape peel, wild yeast, rotten fruits, blue cheese, some spicy hops. Good and strange.
