2+ year old Bottle from Stem & Stein - pours clear amber with yeast floaters. Aroma is of winter spices with an undercurrent of mustard. Typical Belgian strong ale, the mustard seems more of a gimmick then something that is enhancing the brew. Overall, solid, but meh.

Me ha gustado mucho esta cerveza. El sabor es muy intenso, el amargor al final es ligero. Los 11% no se notan al beberla. Después un poco. Buenísima!

Amber pour, fluffy head. Aroma of spice, yeast, peppery notes. Flavor is sweet up front, loads of yeast, some good spice. Finishes soft on the tongue.

Cloudy orange with outrageous off white head. Aroma hay, citrus, spices. Medium full body, carbonated, alcohol is present. Flavor is yeasy, musty, boozy. Not really enjoying this one.

330 ml stubby bottle, kindly shared by abemorsten. Orange to amber colour, moderate off-white head. ABV is 11%. Strong oaky and alcoholic aroma, hints of fusel alcohols. Medium sweet and spicy / oaky flavour, notes of Belgian ale yeast. Not too bad.

Pours cloudy, cidery brown with minimal head. Cider in the aroma too, with more fruit, cinnamon, and alcohol. Taste is sweet with fruit and spice. A little fruit bitterness and some alcohol in the finish. Nice.
