330ml Bottle: Aroma of malts, hops, dust, slight mustard, light yeast, and some caramel. Poured amber/brown in color with a small, dense, off-white head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling? Appears that the carbonation is moving from the head (top) down which is obviously unusual. Full of small and medium-sized particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of malts, honey, caramel, light fruit, light hops, and hints of cocoa, mustard, and pepper. Medium body. Smooth, creamy, then chalky texture. Soft to average carbonation. Sweet, malt, caramel, and slight mustard finish is chalky and dry. Very drinkable. 11%ABV is unnoticeable.

Bottle - 330ml. Nice hazy golden/orange body with a thin white foamy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with apple and flowery hints. Alcohol is perfectly hidden. Taste is surprisingly mild for a 11% ABV beer. It carries yeasty and fruity notes. Ends with a long bittersweet finish. Good stuff.

Hazy orange with a big and bubbly, lasting white head. Aroma of malt with smokey-spicy phenols. Sweet fruit and caramel flavour with quite a bit of warming alcohol.

33cl bottle @ Delirium Cafe, Brussels. Pours cloudy to muddy orange with a large fluffy white head and small yeast chunks floating. Nose and taste is sweet of fruit, alcohol and yeast. Dry and warming. Full bodied. A real warmer.

Poured a hazed amber with a medium sized off-white head. Yeasty aroma with spices, banana, lemon, fruit, and dough. Some apples and sweet malt. Sweet malt flavor with yeasty spice and some apple. Fairly warming with just a taste and bitterness of alcohol on the finish. Medium-full bodied.

11.2oz bottle. Not a gusher but a little bit of a foamer. Poured a medium and cloudy golden color with a larger sized off white head. Lots of suspended floaters. Aromas of yeast, spices, some fruitiness, and some citrus. Tastes of breadiness, spices, fruity, and yeasty. Medium alcohol finish.

Sampled at Rustico. Lighter in color than the other beers I had that evening, this beer poured a cloudy golden color with a white head. Aroma of malts, yeast, and lemons. Flavor was spice, alcohol, tons of alcohol, fruits, sugar, bananas. The beer was alright, but certainly the alcohol overpowers quite a bit of the brew.

Draft at Redlight Redlight. Pours a cloudy golden color with a white head. Medium mouthfeel. Aroma of lemons, yeast, sweet malts and a little spice. Flavor has a nice strength with, again, a little spiciness. Some black pepper, lemon and yeast with a slight tart bit of funk. Pretty good.
