Hazy blond color; big creamy head. Very nice aroma, hoppy and crispy; very light vegetables and soap. Smooth mouthfeel, also because of the carbonation gone with the foam; The malt flavor is very spicy; the attention is suddenly detoured by a very strong ending bitterness. Very good; extremely hopped Abbey Tripel or Belgian Strong Ale.

2010-04-03, tasting at Papsř, 7-4-8-5-16=40
Hazy blond color; big head. The aroma is citrusy and very crispy, wheat crackers, lightly perfumy. Malt flavor, very spicy (coriander) and with strong bitterness; whatever yeast it was used, this one gives an all-round feeling along with spicy complexity, fuller body than other similar uber-hopped Belgian Ales; quite original in the Belgian panorama.
