bottled, nice work by mowbeer bringing this back from pivni rozmanitost. a hazy shade of pale golden grey with a steady head; loads and loads of apples, firstly in a barnyard/orchard/yeasty aroma, then in a sticky sweet unfiltered apple juice sweetness reminiscent of czech most (a kind of non-alcoholic cider) but woyh some appleskin tang giving it a pleasant aftertaste

New bottle from the new brewery shop. Pours an orange-brown with almost no head, the light aroma is of honey and caramel, and faintly of cherry and milk chocolate. Quite gassy in the mouth, but spicy with hints of banana and oak, and some earthy-yeasty notes. The aftertaste is warming with touches of pepper, old wood and honey.

In short: A far from clean yeast soup with fruits and spices. Ok.
How: Bottle 330ml. Consumed when more than one before expiration date
The look: Opaque amber body topped by a small beige head
In long: A gusher, I probably lost 1/3 of my bottle. Nose is intensely yeasty with dirty fruits and also a strong spiciness that feels like a yeast/fermentation by-product and not actual spices. Taste is cookies, a mix-bag of sweet and dirty fruits (pears, apples, mangos, bananas, etc.), a strange spiciness, lots of minerals, acidity. Aggressive carbonation. Overall sensation of drinking a very very very dirty beer. Yet, despite its many flaws I thought it was drinkable in its own way. But not something I need to have again. Note to self: don’t buy this beer again and also stop leaving notes to yourself in your own ratings, it’s useless you never re-read your own ratings.
