Bottle from Bier Tempel, Brussels
Hazy dark amber color, with generous head, compact. Aroma of magnesia, old hops, a bit metallic, sweaty resins. Dry caramel flavor, with good body structure, some presence of Belgian yeast, spicy, some sweetness coming in later, and strong bitterness; light metallic touch, harsh hop resins; chaotic.
Not easy to understand the target.
