Smells like applebutter, cherries amd vinagar. Ugly colour and no head at all. A bit oak-like but very sour. Its a good dressing for salate!

Brown opaque beer with little carbonation and no head. Weak smell, sour yoghurt, hint of wood. Touch of apples cherries. Taste is sour and metallic. Touch of honey. Bit off.

Mörkröd färg. Doftar syrligt och trevligt. Smakar riktigt fint, med bra syra och fatkaraktär. Påminner lite om Rodenbach Grand cru 2010.

Keg at Borefts day 2 27/09/2014. Bodegraven. Ruby red / caramel coloured pour with no head. Aroma is sour, puckering cherry fruit, lacto sour. Flavour is composed of very puckering sour, lacto, tart, acid, berry and sour cherry fruits. Too direct, too sour for me. Palate is crisp, very sharp sharp, puckering.

Bottle. Pours ruby in color with an off-white head. Wow, nice sour notes at first with some cherries and sour milk. Later on also some wooden oakyness and bit of grainy vibes appears. Sour and fruity cherries in taste, bit of burnt grains and notes of sweet almonds in taste. Tart berries and subtle grassyness in the end.

Currently I am updating my ratebeer with al the beers I drank but was too lazy to rate at the time. I give the scores I gave back than. If I drink the beers again I might re-rate them.

Flaska från Beernavigator drucken med ölfreningen. En elegant rödöl med tydlig laktosyrlighet och mycket bär. Frysta jordgubbar, lingon, hallon, lite körsbär, ek, bourgogne. Mycket trevlig.

0,5 l bottle Appearance: A deep red brown one with a tiny sidesticking beige top. Aroma:red fruit, light tart vinegar and wood but quite mellow. Taste: Sour light vinegar with red fruit and a touch of wood in the finish. medium body, lively carbonation. Nice but lacks complexity that some of the other beers in this style have.

Shared with Wim at his place. Brown colored beer with small off-white head and only few carbonation. Sour fruity aroma. Full sour creamy sparkling palate. Finish is sour fruity dry with some cherry hints. Nice one!

On tap @ Borefts 2013. A pretty nice looking deep blurry warming red brown one with a tiny sidesticking beige top. The nose is not to extreme, but more mellow. Light sweet red berries with plums and hints of woody vinegar I’m the back. It’s lively on the carbonation, not disturbing though and light oily in the mouth. Nice mellow sour flavors some watered down sourness, a little woody thing found here. As is red wet berries and a hint of champagne. Quite easy to drink and definitely tasty. Could drink this again any day. 28.09.2013
