Deep ruby brown hued, lightly hazy, artisanal Flemish sour ale. Expect soft toasty malt presence, a light sweetness, and a pronounced acidic tartness. A woody ale that’s remarkably tart! Yet still both gentle and bright. This mega-rare version is aged in French Monbazillac barrels, imparting a dry, woody, fruity, tart, strawberry like finish

Draft @ meet the brewer event at CASK. Pours a deep copper, with pretty much no real head to speak of. Tart cherry, strawberry, light sourness, vanilla and quite sweet. Quite enjoyable.

On tap at CP&K at Alvinne meet the brewer night. It pours cloudy red-brown with no head and no carbonation. The nose is stewed strawberry, wood, menthol and tea leaf. The taste is really smooth and full of tart cherry and strawberry and a little spinach, with a long tart finish. It’s uncomplicated and very drinkable.
