Bottle 330ml. @ Borefts Bier Festival 2010, Brouwerij de Molen, Overtocht 43, Bodegraven, Netherlands.

Clear dark brown color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, baking yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100924]

Bottled. An unclear dark red beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of dust, hops, berries, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of berries, wood, brettanomyces, and caramel, leading to a dry and tart finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy opaque dark brown with a vague tint of red and a beige head. Heavy barnyard aroma, manure and sweat indeed. Medium body, overly carbonated but at least not explosive for once from Alvinne. Some dry grapy fruitiness, more dry than really tart, some iron and blood. Ends dry and sulphurous. 230311

From cask. Pours hazy deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, phenolic, wooden and slight chemical. Distinct acidic, wooden, overripe fruity and slight caramelish to mouldy. Acidic and dry finish.

Bottled (from beerplanet..eu). Deep ambery brown colour with a mediumsized off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is quite sour wood, mild vinegary notes as well as some roasted malts and mild dark frutiyness as well as some chocolate. Flavour is quite much the same in a very nice balance. As it warms up it also gets some nice berryish notes.

Bottled. Cloudy mahogany colour, really lively head. Lactic funky nosewith olives and metal. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Some caramel and grass. Ends abruptly. Not one of the better beers I’ve had from Alvinne.

Bottle at Borefts Bier Festival 2010. Hazy red brown coloured with a medium sized off-white ehad. Fruity aroma of berries and red wine. Fruity flavour of caramel, berries and red wine. Tart finish of berries.

Bottle @ Ølbutikken, Copenhagen. Pours unclear dark brown with a small creamy lasting beige head on top. Yeasty and dark fruity nose with a layer of metal and berries beneath. Flavor is yeasty and tart. Dark fruit, berries, brett and a bit of metal and almond. Smooth and full bodied. Decent.

(330ml bottle) Pours a hazy brown body with a small tan head. Aroma of cherries, herbs, grass, raisins, and caramel. Flavor of cherries, berries, citrus, caramel, and grass. Sour with a dry finish.

Bottle. Pours a dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity sour yesty aroma with earthy hints. Fruity sour tart erathy flavor. Has a fruity sour tart finish.
