flavor is fruity, dry, bretty, only very slightly sour, but very refreshing.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark brown colour. Light malty and hoppy very sour aroma. MOderate bitter slightly sour flavor. Average finish. Oily palate but too fizzy.

From bottle at BBF 2010. dark brown color. Mon chéri bonbon in the aroma. Soft sourish flavor with cherry notes and cheap sweets. Nice one.

Bottled. Dark brown/amber coloured. Dense beige head. ARoma of cherries, light sourness, some grape, sweetness and vague wood. Flavour is a bit disapointing. Cherries, vague sourness, some sugar, caramel and fruits. Vague spice notable. Medium bodied. Has a light grapy berries end. Way too subdued in the flavour for my likings.

Bottle. Dark brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma is milky sour, berries, fruit. flavour is sour, malt, berries, yeast, fruit. OK beer.

Dunkelmalziger, gering säuerlicher Beginn. Zu starke Karbonisierung. Dabei gering herb, die Säuerlichkeit intensiviert sich. Sie bleibt eber eher gering, wächst aber zum wichtigsten Aroma neben der Malzigkeit. Rund, die Würzigkeit köntte etwas stärker sein. Dennoch ein gelungenes säuerliches Bier. 10/11/12/11/8/11

Bottle courtesy of Davy, thank you sir! Cloudy amber color, small beige head. Aroma of summer fruits, soft sourness without acidity. Very tasty. The "undressed" version, used for blending, also has a sourness that dominated the taste, but is not overwhelming.

Bottle: Deep amber to black coloured with ruby sparks and a small and stable off-head, moderate sourish ( balsamico), toasty and molassy nose; moderate sourish-sweet flavour, quite soft,light to medium bodied; lingering sourish finish with many traces of balsamico and toasted malt. Very good…

(bottle, 33cl, without gushing!) Hazy, dark brown colour with a ruby shine and a big and beige foamy head. Yeasty, pronounced dark malty aroma with caramel, mildly berry fruity notes and a touch of vinegary acidity in the background. Moderately sweet and delicately sour-tart flavour, medium to light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Moderately toasted malty aroma with notes of caramel, liquorice, cellar and a rather restrained fruity touch; dry toast-malty finish with hints of chocolate and a mildly sour-fruity touch, which is finally quite lingering. 11.I.13
