Poured a murky brown colour with no head. Carbonation low and fine. Aroma of yeast, fermented citrus/lemon and fermented green apples giving it a distinct sour smell. Taste is quite sour with tartness of grapes and green apple acidity. Light body. Crisp and dry with a sour acidic tartness on the finish. Initially not one I liked but the taste developed as I sipped the beer.

Bottle from Corti Bros. Pours light gold tinge with copper and a slight, slight white head. Aroma of citrus and fruit, but mild, and Iím not getting tart/sour. Med body or so. Flavor is mildly tart citrus and fruit. It is a little astringent. Itís quite clean and is a good drink. Canít figure out the bacteria, but I doubt itís Brett.

Golden to copper in colour. Aroma and flavour offer a balance of fresh sharpness and light grainy maltiness. Fairly smooth and full bodied.

Bottle shared during the RBScSG2015. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is tiny fruity, slightly funky and slightly phenolic with sourdough bread, biscuits, lemon juice, pineapple, green apples, hay, dry soil, barnyard, rubber and lemon zest. Taste is sour, moust, tiny fruity and slightly funky. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour with sourdough bread, lemon juice, pineapple, green apples, moist wood, hay, dry soil, barnyard and lemon zest. Unclean and all over the place.

Poured from bottle into snifter. Pours a golden orange with a thin head that quickly dissipates, but leaves some lacing on glass. Aroma is tart, almost like a tart green grape and a bit of mustiness. Taste is medium tart, some mushiness, fruity, and the finish is medium-long tart fruit.

Bottle. Teku glass. Amber, little hazy with medium, white head that dissapears quickly. First of all funky, vinegar and barnyard aroma. Strong fruity notes: apples, lemon some orange. Taste is medium sour with some light grainy notes. Medium body, thin texture, lively carbonation, finish is dry and sour. In overall classical wild ale, nothing special nor revolutional.
