330 mL bottle from The Birch, Norfolk, VA (best before September 2016). Pours yellowish-orange with a gushing off-white head. Very pleasant aroma of lemon zest, oranges, and light funk. As understated as the aroma is the taste is surprisingly sour but not overwhelming with lemons as the best flavor comparison. Finish is clean and refreshing. A great sour.

Bottle, threatened to gush. Hazy gold with a huge white head that crackles away to a fat coat in a minute. Aroma of under ripe apricots, damp hay, lemons, flowers. Medium carbonation. Fruity with apricots and sharpish lemon, cider. Quite sour, not slippery. Some floral and stemmy notes at the end. Dry finish with a little bitterness. Not a lot of depth but liked the balance of flavours.
