Bottle, threatened to gush. Hazy gold with a huge white head that crackles away to a fat coat in a minute. Aroma of under ripe apricots, damp hay, lemons, flowers. Medium carbonation. Fruity with apricots and sharpish lemon, cider. Quite sour, not slippery. Some floral and stemmy notes at the end. Dry finish with a little bitterness. Not a lot of depth but liked the balance of flavours.

Bottle. Hazy dark golden with big head that disappears completely within a minute. Sour bread, very grainy with some sweet biscuits, lots of lemon, cider vinegar, grapes, apple and unripe apricots. Light sweet and above medium sour. Medium bodied with long lasting dry sourness. Pretty nice stuff, better than commercialized geuzes.

Best things about this beer are the aroma and appearance. Body is okay while flavor is some sour along with barnyard, funk, & oxidation. Beer looks good with a large very frothy off-white short-lived head some lace and a clear yellow color. Very mild aroma with just about only yeast and a bit of Malt coming through. Not that great.

Pours a bit cloudy light amber with a very small off white head. The aroma has some vegetal notes, overripe fruit and odd caramel. Not sure what to make of the odd combo. It is medium bodied with a bit of crispness and mild amount of carbonation. The taste has a bit of sourness, but there is some rich maltiness, light vinegar, underripe stone fruit and some sweet tarts. The finish has much of the same. This is enjoyable, but bit under what was expected.

Tap at Borefts Beer Festival 2014. Pours a clear amber with no head. Aroma has brettish dryness, berrylike sweet and tart notes. Some hops as well. Taste is surprisingly sour. Lots ’n lots of citrus, unripe apple, unripe, acidic grapes. Sharp body and a medium carbonation.

Hazy deep gold beer, small cream colour head. Palate is dry and crisp. Light sourness with a wet wood tone but it lacks the lemon acid and dried fruits of geueze. Mild citrus and some winey sourness. Light crisp finish with more mild sourness and a little citric peel bitterness. Not bad at all.
