Bottle. Hazy orange liquid with huge white head. Aroma of lemon, apple, stable, barnyard, plastic, sweat and oranges. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of plastic, apple, stable and sulphur. Pretty weird. Medium bodied with high carbonation. Weird but OK.

Slow, but inevitable gushing to huge, but audibly shrinking yellow head over hazed bright-orange beer. Spicy, yeasty, estery notes of bubble gum, banana & citrus jumping out of the glass. As a wild version of Bavarian Weisse (there is some saddlesoap aroma in the background). Quite acidic, but very fruity flavour - as an alcoholic version of certain fruit drinks seen on TV... Brett-like flavours, giving unexpected depth, but always with a nearly explosive, fizzy MF. Hint at arachide and dry rootspices. Fizzy, and thatís putting it mildly. Light body, certain slickness. I canít help liking this. Itís unsettling, original... but somehow Iím getting Oasis dreams.

these sour beers take some getting used too, this was quite accessible, pretty acidic, but with just enough fruit/hoppiness to give it balance and hence drinkable. Iím not really sure what these beers are supposed to taste like (to be good) however, I quite liked this bottle

Bottle from Geers. Hazy gold pour with abundant fizzy white foam (you can actually hear it hissing in the glass), looks hypercarbed. Aroma is grainy, lemony notes, light grassy aromas, vegetal notes (peas, cabbage), plastic, light leather. Taste is much better, nice citric sourness, honey malty sweetness, light oak, still a bit vegetal though, hint of menthol. Palate is way, way, way overcarbed - it makes it difficult to actually taste anything, the beer is literally going over your tongue on a cushion of CO2.

330 ml bottle - biggest.gusher.ever. Pours hazy honey yellow with a huge head that dissipates quickly. Herbal nose with citrus and grapefruit notes. Light body, high on sourness, slight sweetness in the back. Nicest of the three (phi, omega, sigma).

Bottle @ benzai. Yellow color with a white head. The first thing I did was smell the beer from the bottle. And it smells very bad, pickles. Tastes sour, nasty, bah bah.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Clear yellow-golden color, huge fizzy head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is musty, cellar, lightly sour. Tastes light to moderately sour, green apple, sour apple peel. Average to medium body and carbonation.
