Light fruity and mild woody aroma. Dry woody brett flavour to a nice caramel malt base. Crisp flavour. joergen (6147), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 3, 2008 Draught at the brewery.
Hazy orange red coloured with an off white ehad.
Fruity aroma of caramel with notes of red wine.
Light acidic flavour of grain, red wine, grass and hops.
Hoppy finish.
I prefer the oud bruin’s with more significant wine notes. BartC (222), Lichtaart, Belgium Jan 8, 2008 Red-brown beer with a beige head that disappears after a few moments. Very lactic aroma when I opened the bottle, but less outspoking after a few moments. Lactic flavor with a spicy, roasted ending. The aftertaste reminds me a bit of rauchbeer.
