Pours dark brown with small head. Aroma is complex mix of fruits, raisins, wood, sherry wood, funk. Vinous. Very mild sour. Surprisingly thin palate, only watery texture. Interesting but not balanced. Hard to believe the 10% alcohol.

butelka, warka do listopada 2016, lot 749. gushing lekki. sliczna piana, a po 30 sekundach - brzydka podziurawiona piana, wisniowo-brazowe piwo. aromaty niezbyt intensywne winne, sliwkowe, wisniowe, cytrynowe. funky bardzo delikatnie. w smaku wygrywa kwasnosc, taka cytrusowa w odbiorze mimo braku cytrusow poza ta cytryna. za to w posmakach jakies owoce niedojrzzale typu biala porzeczka, agrest. alkoholou 0, goryczki 0. Orzezwiajace. Dziwne acz ciekawe, calkiem fajne.

Dark muddy brown color with an adequate, browned head. Wonderful aroma reminiscent of Fantome Black Ghost. Smooth, but deep dark malts, colored by vinegar, Brett sourness, fermented fruits, dried potpouri of flowers. The body too is similarly complex. Smooth, aged dark malts complemented deliciously my fermented fruits, finely aged vinegar and mysterious Old World mix of herbs and spices.

Dark brown, almost no head. Aroma: tart, winous, berries, bit malty, some lactic bacteria notes. Taste: medium sweetness vs heavily sour. Very drinkable, perfectly covered alcohol. Bit flanders red style, but not exactly.
